Moving forward some thoughts I had and wanted to jot them down in hopes they can be of some use to us.

Its been slow getting there but it is starting to pull together. We now can pretty much relie on the majority of Players to be there on Monday and Wednesday, with maybe only one or two replacements. Which now affords us the opertunity to refine ourselves by moving quicker and hopefully with few wipes.

Part of the trick is getting through the trash mobs to the main boss as quickly as possible. I know other groups that do the whole Kara run in 3.5 -4 hours. We don't seem to really get started until 8:30 partly do to two members not able to get there earlier. Which means we may have to move our end time to 11:30 I know this is a little harder on me but am willing to do this as long as people understand on Monday come 11:30 I must say good night and log off.

So moving fast what do we need to do?

We have to be ready as a team, hopefully not have to assign anyone to the job everyone should be getting use to their role and postion with in the team. This allows us to keep moving the further we can get the more likely we get the Kara raid on farm status with the team and perhaps start looking at Zul Aman or something for the second night.

Gear wise we are not all we can be yet I'm sure and we all want to improve that but we also have each other as resourses. I'm always happy to help with Enchants as is Kaaden I believe. I can also always supplie Suppior mana oil or Suppior wizard Oil and just know that I'll have them for people to ask for.

Perhaps someone that does fishing and cooking can help supplie such thangs, if we pull our resources together as a team we will be stronger and more cappable of dealing with the mobs.

How can we pull quicker, Fiad is a very good druid tank. But I'm thinking we need to use Relic more for trash mobs and work more on AEing those mobs down. This is where Protection pallys shin they are one of the best classes I know that can pull groups and keep agro on them. Leaveing the rest of us to kill them and keep the Pally healed. I think we need to captalize on that and use Fiad Tanking more for boss's.

Our healing has gotten much better though we could really use a shaman or Shadow priest though I would prefer the shaman they can be of great help to the whole party with their totems. This would at least help with mana which seems to be even more problematic past curator. Though we honestly haven't had alot of practice beyound curator to be sure.

Anyway I love the feeling we are more and more becoming a team and hopefully can continue to grow as one and work together. If you ever need my help outside the Raid you can look up Moonraven or Solthan my hunter and Paladin to reach Paltos. I can do any heroic and always glad to leand a hand.

With the switch of my going to Lightsear (spriest) on Weds. to accommodate an off tank who needs to gear up a bit on Weds., we should be able to push hard and see if we can't get to Curator on one night. Lightsear will make for a good mana battery in trash pulls and health battery in boss fights.

As for pull speed, I think we can pull pretty much any trash mob so long as we have 75% health for non-tanks and 75% mana for casters. So as long as the marks are up and folks know their role, we should be good for very quick pulls -- the exception being places like the ballroom, where we kinda have to wait for patrols to come by.

No Fiad/Light tonight, but as far as I know Paltos should be back. Has anyone heard from Andi? Should I try and staple down that pally from Monday?

We'll give Andi a few weeks before we really get worried, as I think we can bring in subs to cover.

As for da pally -- if they can come regularly and keep being available then they could make a decent 10th if Andi gets back. Get 'em on mcalliance's channel so they can hear announcements.

I think you need to work on not dying so much... 21 deaths!?!?!!? I shudder to think about what your repair bills must be.

And Ragond... just wait until I get my Darkmoon Card: Crusade. An extra 80 Spell Damage is gonna let me catch back up to you, or so I hope. :P
Only after disaster can we be resurrected.

So... I am happy bringing Verali (duh), bringing Zsari for shadow, or bringing Zsari to heal as soon as I get her mace enchanted. (Which I should be able to do tomorrow.) I'm also happy bringing Zsari shadow-for-now-to-get-her-geared-for-ZA-healing. For me as a player, the most important things are raiding with y'all and doing what's best for the raid and still fun, so I'm looking for input from everyone else about this. Opinions?
